Wedding Room Block FAQs

To assist you with your planning, below you will find the answers to our commonly asked wedding questions.*

 

  1. Do I need to guarantee the rooms?

This is a courtesy block of rooms and does not require payment to confirm the room block.  You are not responsible for any rooms that are not reserved.  An agreement will be signed to confirm your discounted rate and amount of rooms reserved per night for your wedding room block. Six weeks prior to your guest’s arrival, any rooms that are not reserved at that point will be automatically released with no penalty.

  1. If we want to reserve more rooms, can we receive more at the same rate?

If you are interested in reserving additional rooms after the room block is full, we will do our best to accommodate this request.  Please note that we cannot guarantee additional rooms at the group rate but we will do our absolute best to be as accommodating as possible.  Helpful note: the quicker the room block fills up, the easier it will be to accommodate these types of requests.

  1. How do guests go about making their reservations?

Once the agreement is signed, the hotel will send along a booking link.  This is your own personal booking link that you can provide to all of your guests.  Your guests will be able to reserve standard rooms only on this link.  If your guests are looking to reserve other room types, they must call into the reservation department to make the reservation.  As long as the room block is not full, we will be able to accommodate the discounted rates on all of the different room types.

  1. What is the individual cancellation policy?

Individuals may cancel their reservation at no charge up to ten (10) days prior to arrival.  After this date, individuals will be responsible for total room and tax for their entire length of stay.  This applies to cancellations or any changes made to their reservation.

  1. If I am interested in a bridal suite, how do I go about reserving this?

Please reserve this directly with Janelle Bloom.  The manager will be able to answer all questions that you may have (room rate, length of stay, early check in/late check out requests, stools, mirrors, etc.).

  1. Can we hand out welcome bags at check-in?

We are required to deliver the welcome bags to each guest room at an additional cost of $3.50/bag. Kindly note that the bags may not have alcohol in them.

  1. Do you provide a shuttle service?

We do not have a shuttle service.  Our concierge can assist you with setting up any transportation requests that you may have! We are easily accessible to the Kenmore Square Train Station on the Green Line.

  1. Are there any parking discounts associated with the room block?

We do not offer discounted parking.  However, we do guarantee all guests staying with us a valet parking spot in our private garage.  The guest has 24 hour in and out access. Overnight parking is $53/night, game day parking is $50/car, Event Parking is $28/car if a private event is being held in our private event space.

  1. Can the hotel accommodate early arrival/late departure requests?

We cannot guarantee early arrivals/late departures.  These requests are based upon availability and will be up to the discretion of the Front Desk team.  We encourage guests to call the day prior to check and see if this is something the hotel will be able to accommodate.
