Your client’s travellers guest rooms are oversized and light-drenched, creating a warm and inviting place for them to enjoy. Each feature thoughtful amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, Drybar Buttercup hair-dryer, hand-held wardrobe steamer, SNOOZ sound machine, premium Malin + Goetz bath amenities, imported Italian linens and a 48” flat-panel Smart TV with Google Chromecast – Stream from 1000+ apps like Netflix®, Hulu®, Showtime®, & more, so they can relax and stay well-connected.
COMMISSION
Your guest room rates will be commissionable by ten percent (10%) to your agency, unless you prefer net, non-commissionable rates

Destination amenity fee
- A Destination Amenity Fee of $20.00 (reduced from $40.00) per room per evening plus Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local taxes/fees, currently 16.45% will be added to individual’s guest room folio. This fee includes daily selection of curated snacks, daily morning coffee/tea service featuring Jim’s Organic Coffee and MEM teas, in-room bottled water, 24-hour business center access, 24-hour fitness center access, access to premium, high speed Wi-Fi in-room and throughout public spaces, in-room Google Chromecast™ streaming service, unlimited local and toll-free calls, luxury Malin+Goetz bath essentials, exclusive offer on Malin+Goetz products, 10% off hotel retail shop items, 15% off Tracksmith running apparel on Newbury street and 10% off at TsuruTonTan udon noodle brasserie.
Luggage porterage
- Porterage is available for your convenience. The customary porterage charge is $5.00 for each guest, in and out. This charge can be added to your master account. Please note, the $5.00 charge is distributed among the bell staff and no part of this fee goes to the Hotel. Porterage is mandatory if all guests arrive together as a group.
Room drop for gifts/welcome letters
- Should you wish to have gift items/bags delivered to your guest’s rooms, the following charges will apply.
- $4.00 for each generic gift bag (which may include an envelope) or envelope placed in a room by a bell person.
- $5.00 for each personalized gift bag (which may include an envelope) placed in a room by a bell person.
This charge will be added to your master account. Please note, the charge is distributed among the bell staff and no part of this fee goes to the Hotel. Kindly note, Commonwealth of Massachusetts law prohibits distribution of alcoholic beverages in welcome bags or otherwise unless purchased at the Hotel.
Morning breakfast
- OPTION 1: Buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, home-fried red bliss potatoes with paprika and onions, maple-cured bacon & breakfast sausage, La Fermière™ yoghurt in seasonal flavors, fresh berries, house-made granola, breakfast breads including English muffins and white & wheat toasts, freshly squeezed orange & grapefruit juices, La Colombe™ coffee, decaffeinated coffee and selection of local MEM teas. The all-inclusive cost is $64.45 per person, per morning.
- OPTION 2: Continental breakfast buffet with La Fermière™ yoghurt in seasonal flavors, classic sliced fruit platter, assorted breakfast pastries, freshly squeezed orange & grapefruit juices, La Colombe™ coffee, decaffeinated coffee and selection of local MEM teas. The all-inclusive cost is $55.68 per person, per morning.
If you would like to arrange breakfast vouchers for your guests, to ensure everything is in good order, please make arrangements with your Conference Services Manager at least fourteen (14) business days prior to arrival.
Optional welcome reception and dinner
- Arrival evening reception and dinner options are available and you can rely on us to assist you with your planning, if you would like to include a welcome event.
Room block commitment
- From date of signature to thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the Group may release up to up to 20% of the total number of room nights Contracted without incurring liquidated damages. Should the Group release more than 20% of the total number of room nights Contracted, the Group will be charged the group rate plus tax for each of those room nights released in excess of the allowable 20% attrition.
Within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival, your agreed Guest Room Block and any room nights in excess of the Guest Room Block, which were added via an addendum or by your request, will be considered Contracted. Any room nights cancelled; released or unused within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival will be charged, as liquidated damages, to the group at the Contracted group rate(s) plus applicable taxes.
Deposit schedule
- A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five (25%) of the estimated master account charges is required with your signed contract to confirm your arrangements.
