Enjoy an iconic rowing experience on Boston’s Charles River from non-profit rowing club, Community Rowing Inc. – the largest public-access rowing organization in North America, dedicated to inviting individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and experience to grow through rowing.
Home of the largest rowing regatta in the world, the Head of the Charles, Boston is a premier rowing and training destination for collegiate and national champions alike, and now guests of Hotel Commonwealth will have the chance to be one with the water and enjoy this unique Boston experience.
Through the rowing season of April to November, couples, families, or small groups can get a taste of the sport through private indoor instruction, followed by an on-water experience with one of Community Rowing’s certified coaches. Groups of up to 48 people can row together on 12-person barges for a 2-hour session, making for the perfect team-building activity!
