TsuruTonTan is dedicated to creating fresh udon noodles in-house everyday using a carefully selected blend of flour from Japan to deliver authentic, homemade udon daily. To showcase the highest quality, TsuruTonTan uses a unique mix of kombu kelp and bonito from specific regions in Japan along with various craft soy sauces to create distinctive taste and flavor.
Served in artisanal, hand crafted bowls, the brasserie exhibits the authenticity of Japanese cuisine, providing a portal to experience true Japanese tradition in a modern setting.
